Inventory is saved with the rest of your CRM and included in JSON backups. Choose “Both bands / Shared” for equipment used by Hotel California and Free Again.
Reports
Create operational, sales and financial reports from the live CRM database.
CSV uses the current report filters. “Print / Save PDF” opens a clean print view; on macOS choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.
Settings & Data
Portable JSON backups, CSV sales imports and browser-local storage.
Band cost defaults
Defaults are copied into each event and can then be changed for that individual show.
Initial defaults: £250 performance fee + £30 mileage per active member. Hotel California uses 8 members; Free Again uses 6. Facebook and print start at £0 until you set your own defaults.
Cloud storage status
Cloud sync status appears in the top bar.
JSON backup
Exports the entire system: venues, contacts, events, communications, event costs/income and all historical sales snapshots.
Sales CSV format
Bulk append sales snapshots from reports converted to CSV.
Recognised headers include: eventId, venue, eventDate, reportDate, sold, capacity, revenue, reserved, locked, available. If eventId is present it is used first; otherwise the importer matches venue + event date.
Email behaviour
A standalone HTML file cannot securely read Gmail automatically. These tools open your Gmail search and compose screens and keep a manual CRM communication log.
A future hosted version can add Google OAuth and automatic email sync without changing the CRM data model.
Privacy
Automatic local saving is enabled. This local-file version stores its working database in this browser; JSON export is only an optional backup.
You do not need to export JSON after each session. An occasional JSON backup is still sensible because clearing browser data can remove the local database.
Demo records disabled
This cloud edition contains no bundled customer records.
